Stress Resilience Coaching & Mentoring

After two decades as a Leader within Education and Corporate organisations I now support parents to break free from stress, overwhelm, and burnout by building physical, mental and emotional resilience.

I support parents to identify the sources of their stress and make sustainable mindset and behavioural changes to create a calmer, more connected family life without sacrificing their own well being.

Through a mind body energy approach I support parents to replenish, reclaim and restore their energy.

Resilient children are forged from resilient parents, I feel deeply passionate about supporting parents to build their resilience so that we can positively impact the next generation.

My why.

Because constantly feeling overwhelmed and stressed steals joy, energy and presence from parents lives.

Because when parents are running on empty they have little patience, struggle to be emotionally available and unintentionally pass their stress onto their children.

Because children absorb their parents stress and behaviours. If they grow up in a home where exhaustion and overwhelm are the norm they may struggle with emotional regulation, anxiety and unhealthy coping mechanisms.

Because a child who learns stress driven habits early in life - like people pleasing, suppressing emotions or prioritising productivity over wellbeing, carries those patterns into adulthood, affecting their mental and physical health, relationships and overall happiness.

Because when parents learn to manage stress, set boundaries and prioritise their wellbeing they model resilience for their children. The children grow up with emotional tools to handle challenges, prioritise self care and thrive - creating a healthier and more balanced future generation.

Helping parents break free from burnout doesn’t just change their lives, it transforms their children’s future by shaping how they experience stress, self worth and wellbeing.

Experiencing parental burnout in 2021 was both one of the most difficult periods of my life and also the most transformative. I am deeply grateful for all I learned and all I became as a result.

I feel deeply passionate about raising our children to do differently, to be different and to live their lives free of stress related chronic health conditions.
